Türen öffnen um 20 Uhr. Gegen 20:30 Uhr beginnen wir mit einer kurzen Einführung, nach der wir uns in kleineren themenbezogenen Gruppen zusammenfinden.

Seid großartig zueinander. Bei CryptoParties kommen Menschen unterschiedlichster Hintergründe zusammen, deshalb wünschen wir uns respektvollen Umgang miteinander.

Der Abend richtet sich an FrauenLesbenTransInter*, die bisher noch keine großen Erfahrungen mit Verschlüsselung oder Anonymisierung haben und wird von FLIT* geleitet.

Fotografieren oder Filmen ist nicht erlaubt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht barrierefrei. Der Workshopraum ist rauchfrei, es kann aber vor der Tür geraucht werden.

Über CryptoParty

Warum

Privatsphäre ist der Raum, in dem Ideen entstehen. Ein physischer wie digitaler Rückzugsort, in dem manches entdeckt und anderes ausprobiert werden kann. Doch weder Regierungen noch Konzerne scheinen das grundlegende Menschenrecht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung respektieren zu wollen. Deswegen nehmen wir den Schutz unserer Privatsphäre selbst in die Hand.

Was

CryptoParties sind kostenlos und offen für alle, insbesondere für Anfänger und Neugierige. Hier wird keinerlei Vorwissen benötigt und jede Frage ist mehr als willkommen!

CryptoParties finden weltweit statt und sind dezentral organisiert. Ziel ist es, allen Menschen Wissen und Fähigkeiten zu vermitteln, sich im digitalen Raum zu schützen. Dazu gehört die Verschlüsselung der Kommunikation, das Verhindern von Tracking und allgemeine Sicherheitstipps für Computer und Smartphones.

Bring Laptop oder Smartphone mit, wenn Du die Programme und Apps gleich ausprobieren möchtest.

Sprache

Alle Themen werden auf Deutsch und Englisch angeboten.

There will be enough time for people to arrive and find a seat. At around 8:30 p.m. we will have a short introduction and start with the crypto workshops.

Be excellent to each other. We all come from different backgrounds, so respect is key.

The workshop is for women lesbian trans and inter-people (FLIT*) who do not have prior experience with encryption or anonymization and is held by FLIT*. Not barrier-free. Workshop area is non-smoking. Also, taking photos or filming will not be allowed.

Why CryptoParty?

Privacy is a space where ideas can thrive. A retreat, both physical and digital, where you can explore and experiment whenever you want to. Governments and companies seem increasingly unwilling to respect this fundamental human right of informational self-determination, so we have to take matters into our own hands.

What is a CryptoParty?

CryptoParties are free and open to everyone, especially newcomers, beginners and the curious. Absolutely no prior knowledge is required and all questions are beautiful!

CryptoParty is a decentralized movement with events happening all over the world. The goal is to pass on knowledge about protecting yourself in the digital space. This can include encrypted communication, preventing being tracked while browsing the web as well as general security advice for computers and smartphones.

To try the programs and apps at the CryptoParty, bring your laptop or smartphone.

Learning is always an individual process. Hence we will have separate tables for each topic. Just pick the one you're most interested in.
