What works

For the organizers: Don't talk, show. Try to not do anything on stage on the beamer. Show the people on their computers.

For the learners: Talk and show. Help your neighbours with what you already learned. Ask questions or for help in matters that you don't understand. If your neighbours can't help, the experts or the CryptoParty Handbook probably can.
